You may think I look normal and healthy.
Well, that’s a common response and why fibromyalgia is also called an “invisible illness”. We look great, but we don’t feel great.
We feel:
Chronic pain, all over, even facial pain
Chronic fatigue
Chronic headaches
Muscle spasms
Light sensitivity
Depression
Anxiety
Memory issues
Brain fog aka “fibro fog”
Trouble concentrating
Temperature fluctuations
IBS
…and many other uncomfortable symptoms
