The Day to Day

This is me.

You may think I look normal and healthy.

Well, that’s a common response and why fibromyalgia is also called an “invisible illness”. We look great, but we don’t feel great.

We feel:

  • Chronic pain, all over, even facial pain

  • Chronic fatigue

  • Chronic headaches

  • Muscle spasms

  • Light sensitivity

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • Memory issues

  • Brain fog aka “fibro fog”

  • Trouble concentrating

  • Temperature fluctuations

  • IBS

  • …and many other uncomfortable symptoms
